You will interact with product teams and billing teams on a day-to-day basis and build solutions for identifying risk. The team culture is fast-paced, energetic and innovative.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain full-stack features for client contract workflows and risk-identification solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with product and billing teams to deliver business value.
  • Apply software design principles, build maintainable and modular code, and optimize for scalability and reliability.
  • Contribute ideas on UI, product, tech stack, and development flow in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with object-oriented programming, particularly in data structures, concurrency, and Python and/or C#.
  • Strong understanding of software fundamentals including software design, algorithm development, and code modularity/maintainability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to break down and deeply understand complex problems and communicate complex matters efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills; ability to optimize for simple, robust, practical solutions.
  • Team-oriented: reliable, dependable, trustworthy, and collaborative.

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Deep understanding of complex distributed systems (examples given: Kafka, Rabbit MQ, SOLR).
  • Experience building and optimizing highly available, scalable, distributed back-end REST services.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: 160000 - 240000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus.
  • Benefits may include merit increases, incentive compensation (exempt roles only), paid holidays, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, short and long term disability benefits, 401(k) with match, life insurance, and wellness programs. (The Company does not provide benefits directly to contingent workers/contractors and interns.)
