Responsibilities
- Lead the software and firmware debug and bringup efforts of powerful server systems like HGX, DGX, and MGX.
- Spearhead debugging, bringup, and triage of bugs during server system bringup for Cloud Service Provider (CSP) partners.
- Collaborate across multiple teams working on firmware and software across the entire stack.
- Work directly with major customers to resolve complex technical issues.
- Refine and stabilize solutions ensuring flawless integration of server products in large-scale data centers.
- Improve the performance and reliability of data center systems.
- Collaborate with product experience and documentation teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in system software or firmware, with expertise in system bringup and debugging complex hardware and software issues.
- Strong firmware and software development skills with deep understanding of end-to-end stack and server system architecture.
- Expertise in Out-of-Band and In-band management architectures.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills within diverse engineering teams.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality innovative solutions in fast-paced environments.
Ways to Stand Out
- Strong background in device management protocols such as Redfish, IPMI, and PLDM.
- In-depth understanding of PCIe, memory management, or networking stack.

Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range is $184,000 to $356,500 USD annually, determined based on location, experience, and comparable roles. Equity and benefits are also provided. NVIDIA fosters a diverse and inclusive work environment and is an equal opportunity employer.
