Details

Our team is the Enterprise Resilience and Incident Management Team (ERIM) which impacts all Bloomberg teams and business units. Our main goal is to ensure the resilience, health, and safety of everyone who enters the Bloomberg office.

The team is focused on building next-generation systems to enhance physical security and operational efficiency. A major initiative includes implementing high-frequency badge technology to improve real-time access control and ensure the safety of secured spaces. In parallel, the team is modernizing how employee clearances are managed by transitioning from legacy CCURE server-based processes to more efficient, terminal-driven workflows. This shift aims to improve scalability, reduce operational overhead, and provide a more seamless and auditable clearance experience.

Another critical effort involves leading a comprehensive redesign of the Visitor Management System, incorporating agentic workflows to enable smarter, more automated, and user-centric experiences aligned with broader departmental transformation goals.
