Details

We are looking for a Solutions Architect (ProServ) to join our world class Customer Experience (CX) team at Grafana Labs. Solutions Architects provide customers with specialized business and technical consultation and guidance to achieve their objectives using Grafana.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with customers, including business executives, project managers, and IT development staff.
  • Understand business needs and translate them into business and technical requirements.
  • Design solutions involving data visualization, workflow recommendations, migrations, and enterprise scale architecture.
  • Act as a functional lead, conduct functional workshops, document requirements, and design appropriate solutions.
  • Accelerate the delivery of solutions for customers by being nimble and effective.
  • Advocate adherence to standards and best practices.
  • Stay current on Grafana Labs, observability, and related technologies.
  • Serve as a key resource for Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Professional Services teams to drive innovation and product enhancements.
  • Engage with customers to help them succeed and thrive using leading-edge technologies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working on deployment teams with project management techniques.
  • Direct experience with observability (o11y).
  • Best practices for using and deploying an observability stack preferably with Grafana products (Grafana, Prometheus/Cortex/Enterprise Metrics, Loki/Enterprise Logs, Jaeger/Tempo).
  • Proven track record delivering enterprise observability implementations for large customers.
  • Self-starter eager to learn new skills and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills for customer and partner engagement.
  • Vision to help the company evolve.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes (kubectl, Helm, Tanka preferred).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Compensation

The base compensation range for this role in Germany is EUR 106,514 to EUR 127,817. Actual pay may vary based on level, experience, and skills as assessed during the interview process. Benefits include equity, potential bonus, and other benefits as listed on the careers page.
