Details

We are looking for a Solutions Architect (ProServ) to join our world class Customer Experience (CX) team. Solutions Architects at Grafana Labs provide customers with specialized business and technical consultation, and guidance to achieve their objectives using Grafana.

Responsibilities

  • Work effectively with customers including business executives, project managers, and IT development staff.
  • Understand business needs and distill them into business and technical requirements.
  • Design solutions for data visualization, workflow recommendations, migrations, and enterprise scale architecture.
  • Act as a functional lead, lead workshops, document requirements, and design solutions.
  • Accelerate delivery of solutions for customers with speed and agility.
  • Advocate for adherence to standards and best practices.
  • Stay current on Grafana Labs, observability, and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Professional Services teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience on deployment teams using project management techniques.
  • Direct experience with observability (o11y).
  • Best practices knowledge for deploying an observability stack (metrics, logs, traces), preferably with Grafana products (Grafana, Prometheus/Cortex/Enterprise Metrics, Loki/Enterprise Logs, Jaeger/Tempo).
  • Proven track record in delivering customer projects, preferably enterprise observability implementations.
  • Self-starter, quick learner, eager to break new ground.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Visionary mindset to help grow the company.
  • Kubernetes experience (kubectl, Helm, Tanka preferred).
  • Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure.

  • Base compensation in Spain: EUR 91,286 - EUR 109,544 depending on level, experience, and skillset.
