Grafana Cloud is a fully managed observability platform used by millions of users and thousands of customers. This role is a hands-on, customer-facing technical position focused on accelerating adoption, delivering implementations, and driving business outcomes with Grafana at the center.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted technical partner to customers through onboarding, implementation, and expansion.
- Provide white-glove support, best practices, and consulting to accelerate customer success with Grafana.
- Work directly with customers including business executives, project managers, and IT development staff to understand needs and translate them into business and technical requirements.
- Design solutions for data visualization, workflow recommendations, migrations, and enterprise-scale architecture.
- Lead functional workshops, document requirements, and design appropriate solutions.
- Deliver high-impact training, jumpstart engagements, and embedded technical consulting during critical project phases.
- Identify recurring issues, monitor support needs, and advocate for product improvements in collaboration with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Professional Services.
- Stay current on Grafana Labs products, observability, and related technologies.
Requirements
- Located in Spain.
- 5+ years of experience working on deployment teams, using project management techniques.
- Direct experience with observability (o11y).
- Knowledge of best practices for both using and deploying an observability stack (visualization, alerting, metrics, logs, traces), preferably with Grafana products (Grafana, Prometheus/Cortex/Enterprise Metrics, Loki/Enterprise Logs, Jaeger/Tempo).
- Proven track record of successful delivery of customer projects, preferably enterprise observability implementations for large customers.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Kubernetes experience (kubectl; Helm, Tanka preferred).
- Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure.
- Comfortable working in the command line and with real-world operational architectures.

Compensation & Rewards
- In Spain, the base compensation range for this role is 94,000 - 112,830 EUR. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed during the interview process.
- All roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
