Details
Grafana Labs is a remote-first, open-source company that develops observability tooling used by millions worldwide. The Enterprise Solutions Engineering team are customer-facing product experts who enable Grafana Labs' growth by educating potential and existing customers through demos, enablement, technical evaluations, and ongoing engagement. This role partners closely with Sales and provides feedback into Product Management and Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Join as an early member of a high-growth team and solve technical and customer problems.
- Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana's value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
- Own technical engagement with customers and help close high-velocity opportunities through competitive knowledge, technical skill, and credibility.
- Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
- Perform technical evaluations and hands-on enablement work for customers.
- Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams to provide product and competitive feedback.
- Drive product conversations based on customer needs discovered during interactions.
- Contribute to documentation, blog posts, videos, knowledge base articles, and other enablement materials.
Requirements
- Ideally located in Atlanta, Orlando, Miami, and/or Tampa (United States), and able to work in a remote-first environment.
- 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies or in the metrics/monitoring/observability space.
- Strong written and oral communication skills for collaboration with remote internal teams and worldwide customers.
- Ability to deliver technical presentations, demos, and hands-on enablement.
- A technical mindset with a desire to grow technically; candidates may come from a coding bootcamp, post-sales, or engineering backgrounds.
- Self-motivated, initiative-taking, creative, and comfortable working in a startup/high-growth environment.
Compensation & Rewards
- In the United States the OTE (On-Target Earnings) range for this role is $204,000 - $254,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset.
- All roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
