Details
Grafana Labs is a remote-first, open-source company used by millions worldwide to monitor infrastructure and applications. The Solutions Engineering team are the customer-facing product experts who enable Grafana Labs' growth by educating potential and existing customers through demos, hands-on enablement, presentations, technical evaluations, and ongoing engagement. This role partners closely with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to translate customer requirements into solutions using Grafana Labs technology (Grafana, Grafana Cloud, Grafana Mimir, Grafana Loki, Grafana Tempo).
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Sales team to articulate Grafana's value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers
- Own the technical engagement with customers and help close complex opportunities through advanced competitive knowledge, technical skill, and credibility
- Deliver product and technical presentations, demos, and technical evaluations for potential and existing customers
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to provide product and competitive feedback
- Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems
- Contribute to documentation, blog posts, videos, knowledge base articles, and other enablement materials
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience
- Must be located in Spain
- Must be a French speaker
- Strong written and oral communication skills for collaborating with remote teams and worldwide customers
- Ability to listen to prospects/customers, extract requirements, and translate them into technical solutions using Grafana Labs products
- Comfortable with varied and complex assignments requiring judgment, collaboration, and leadership
- A technical mindset and desire to grow technically
Bonus
- Experience with open source technologies
- Experience in the metrics/monitoring/observability space (metrics, logs, traces)
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDD(P)ICC
Compensation & Rewards
- Spain OTE (On-Target Earnings) range: EUR 107,000 - EUR 128,000
- Roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)
