Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical strategy and architecture for identity resolution systems ensuring accuracy, scalability, and privacy compliance.
  • Develop ML models for probabilistic user matching using identifiers like cookies, IP addresses, hashed emails, phone numbers, and user agents.
  • Oversee ML workflows including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment, optimizing for performance and cost.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data science, engineering, privacy, legal) to define roadmap and goals.
  • Establish engineering best practices, code quality standards, and data governance for maintainable and trustworthy identity graphs.
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers fostering innovation and technical excellence.

Requirements

  • 8+ years professional software engineering experience, with 3+ years focused on large-scale ML-driven systems.
  • Experience architecting and building identity graphs or similar identity matching solutions using probabilistic techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of identifiers such as cookies, hashed emails, phone numbers, IP addresses, and user agents for identity resolution.
  • Proficiency with ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch for feature engineering, model training, and inference.
  • Solid understanding of large-scale data processing and distributed computing technologies such as Spark, Kafka, Beam, and Flink.
  • Proven technical leadership in cross-functional teams driving architecture and stakeholder alignment.
  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and collaboration skills.
