Details
We are looking to hire a Senior System Test Engineer with a strong background in embedded and automotive systems who will work in the test solutions group at NVIDIA developing manufacturing test solutions for Embedded and Automotive products. Through hardware and software expertise, you will explore challenging areas of test coverage and test automation to find the right solutions.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement manufacturing test solutions for embedded and automotive system products.
- Investigate and introduce new manufacturing test technology and methodology to improve production efficiency.
- Develop test strategy for new product features including identification, specification, design and qualification of test fixtures, test equipment and diagnostic software.
- Review and provide feedback for Design for Test (DFT) in the early design stages.
- Debug complex hardware and software issues during build phases.
- Contribute to automated diagnostic generation and validation infrastructure.
- Travel to contract manufacturer (CM) sites, both local and overseas, to provide on-site support for builds and factory operations as necessary.
Requirements
- 5+ years of post-silicon validation experience in board- or system-level products.
- BS degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with manufacturing test programs at platform or system level.
- Proficiency in Python programming and experience with Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly GitLab.
- Understanding of hardware and system-level concepts in embedded and automotive environments; background working with embedded and automotive systems.
- Familiarity with RF principles and testing methodologies; knowledge of wireless communication standards (e.g., 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth) and hands-on experience with RF testers and analyzers is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
Compensation and Other Details
- Base salary range: 132,000 USD - 207,000 USD (determined based on location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions).
