We are looking for a Senior Signals Specialist to join our Technical Solutions team and serve as a trusted technical partner for advertisers implementing and optimizing their ad signals.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on onboarding advertisers to conversions API (CAPI) and pixel-based solutions, ensuring high-quality signal capture through testing and QA, troubleshooting signal-related issues, and partnering with sales, product, and engineering to improve tooling and workflows.

Please note that this role is required to work in person from our Chicago office 1-2 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical subject matter expert for advertiser signal integrations, including CAPI and pixels
  • Lead technical discovery calls to understand advertisers’ tech stacks
  • Guide advertisers through end-to-end CAPI onboarding, including implementation, configuration, and validation
  • Perform QA and debugging to ensure accurate, complete, and deduplicated event data
  • Advise on best practices for event design, data mapping, and measurement strategy
  • Troubleshoot signal issues
  • Diagnose discrepancies related to data loss, event mismatches, deduplication, and attribution gaps
  • Provide clear, actionable guidance to advertisers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently
  • Partner with sales, product, and engineering to unblock advertiser issues and surface recurring signal gaps
  • Identify trends in advertiser challenges and contribute feedback to improve tooling, documentation, and workflows
  • Help shape internal best practices and playbooks for signal implementation and support

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in ad tech or related roles
  • Hands-on experience with CAPI, pixels, and partner integrations
  • Strong understanding of ad signals including events, attribution, and data pipelines
  • Experience working directly with external clients in a technical or consultative capacity
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across frontend systems
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • BA/BS Degree

Pay Transparency

The base salary range for this position is: $167,500 - $234,500 USD.

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission.
