Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading design efforts across the entire product. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing and functional user experiences. Your role will include:

• Designing and prototyping a little bit of everything, across all clients (iOS, Android and Web)
• Leading design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all designs are aligned with the company's vision and goals
• Collaborating with engineers, product managers and other stakeholders to define and execute on team priorities
• Developing and maintaining design systems and standards to ensure consistency across all products

Requirements

You’re an experienced designer with a passion for X and the future of the platform. You have strong visual and interaction design skills and deep knowledge of UI best practices. You’ve demonstrated an ability to design and ship products for mobile and desktop experiences and have a strong portfolio showcasing this work. The ideal candidate will also have:

• Expert knowledge of design tools including Figma and Adobe’s Creative Suite
• Ability to execute quickly while maintaining commitment to craft and quality in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment
• Experience working with, contributing to and building design systems, including designing icons
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
• Strong graphic, illustration and/or motion experience is a plus
