Expected salary: 9 600 - 15 000 PLN gross (monthly).
The financial ranges specified in the announcement are adjusted and may differ from the range specified in the remuneration regulations.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and/or IT Operations Management – Data Foundations
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience with common web and platform technologies such as XML, JavaScript, JSON, HTML and CSS
- Experience with CI/CD and Automated Test Framework (ATF)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
- A strong command of English, both written and spoken
- A growth mindset, strong customer focus, and a collaborative attitude
- The ability to understand, challenge, and deliver solutions that meet business requirements

Responsibilities
- Developing, maintaining, and supporting ServiceNow applications in line with business requirements and best practices
- Integrating ServiceNow with other systems using APIs, web services, and orchestration
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to functionality, performance, and security
- Collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions
- Staying up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and platform trends
