Responsibilities
- Own infrastructure problems end-to-end — from idea to production
- Own networking and routing, every data packet is our responsibility
- Find new and interesting ways to improve network quality
- Improve code quality, speed and deployment processes
- Ensure zero downtime for different environments and projects
- Implement new solutions based on the IaC concept
- Search and implement effective solutions for scaling environments up or down
- Improve existing and implement new, effective CI/CD processes
- Use AI agents for your day-to-day work
Requirements
- 4+ years of infrastructure configuration, automation and testing experience
- Strong experience with configuration management tools like Ansible (or similar)
- Experience with networking protocols and fundamental knowledge of IP networking
- Strong Python or Bash skills
- Experience (and love) for debugging and troubleshooting
- Experience working with physical resource management
- Autonomous, outcome-focused mindset; ability to challenge solutions and propose better ones
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and curiosity about AI and working with agents
