Details
Reddit is a community of communities, built on shared interests and trust. Every day Reddit users submit, vote, and comment on topics they care most about. This role is focused on developing new ad formats and the technical foundations for those formats across various surfaces/placements. Full-time telecommuting is an option.
Responsibilities
- Build new ad formats that deliver functionality and delight advertisers.
- Enable formats on various surfaces and placements.
- Establish product-market fit for new formats; iterate and pivot based on advertiser needs and product feedback.
- Build infrastructure to iterate and move faster.
- End-to-end prototyping, validation, implementation, launch, and iteration to product-market fit.
- Continually improve the technical foundations used for Ad Formats.
Requirements
- Minimum: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any field) or closely related quantitative discipline and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.

Pay Transparency
- Base pay range (US): $190,800.00 - $267,100.00 USD
- In addition to base salary, the role is eligible to receive equity (restricted stock units) and, depending on the position offered, may be eligible to receive a commission.
