Coinbase is looking for experienced frontend engineers to build the next generation of crypto-forward products and features, making cryptocurrency accessible worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Build and run experiments to drive growth of Coinbase’s retail products.
• Develop engaging, dynamic, and accessible user experiences combining ease of use and security.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership to deliver the product and technical vision quarterly.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience developing web apps and shipping user-facing features using JavaScript and modern component-based frameworks like React.
• Experience delivering user-facing features with component-based UI frameworks.
• Familiarity with front-end architecture trends and best practices, including performance, security, and usability.
• Understanding of product and design lifecycles with close collaboration with designers, engineers, and product managers.
• Ability to write high-quality, tested code addressing user requirements.

Nice to Haves

• Experience launching new products from 0 to 1.
• Experience with growth experiments or A/B testing frameworks.
• Experience in finance or security front-end teams.
• At least 1 year developing React Native mobile apps or migrating native apps to React Native.
• Crypto-forward expertise including onchain activity (Ethereum addresses, ENS, dApps, blockchain services).
