Responsibilities
- Build industrial-level models for critical ML tasks using advanced modeling techniques.
- Research, implement, test, and launch new model architectures including deep neural networks with advanced pooling and feature interaction architectures.
- Conduct systematic feature engineering to convert raw data in Reddit (dense & sparse, behavior & content) into features with various feature engineering technologies such as aggregation, embedding, sub-models.
- Perform model architecture engineering by exploring different state-of-the-art model architectures such as Multi-task learning and Attention Layer.
- Build efficient ML infrastructure and tools such as auto ML flows and batch feature engineering frameworks to accelerate ML development cycles.
- Telecommuting is an option.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or closely related quantitative discipline.
- Two (2) years of experience in the offered job or any related field.
- Skills with frameworks and technologies including: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (LLM, BERT), Recommender Systems, Data Pipelines and ETL (SQL, Apache Spark, Apache Kafka), ElasticSearch, Redis, Airflow, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, and Cloud Platforms (GCP, AWS).

The base pay range for this position is: $250,000.00 - $260,100.00 USD.
