Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to understand development practices and tools.
  • Coordinate with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and security teams regarding critical system components and data risk.
  • Design, build, implement, and manage systems to streamline developers’ access to tools and resources, configure security, and report/fix security issues.
  • Support and develop automated testing for GRC systems.
  • Assist in unifying security tooling and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Develop tools to manage alerts and notifications for Security Operations.
  • Perform triage and incident response for security-managed applications (including on-call duties).

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience building security and compliance solutions.
  • Proficiency in one or more: Go, Python, Cloud Formation, Terraform, Terragrunt.
  • Hands-on experience building scalable internal full-stack applications.
  • Experience with Okta, identity governance tools, Cloud IAM, and zero trust solutions.
  • Passion for building secure, user- and developer-friendly systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and production debugging capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high level of responsibility and ownership.
