We are looking for a Solutions Architect Manager to lead a team of Solutions Architects working with customers across industries, and engage with customers and NVIDIA teams to support Generative AI applications and platforms. At NVIDIA, our solutions architects work across different teams and assist and support customers that are building solutions with our newest Accelerated Computing and AI software and hardware platforms.

You will become a trusted technical advisor and leader to our customers and partners and will work on exciting projects focused on Generative AI and Large Language Models. You will also collaborate with a diverse set of internal teams on performance analysis and modeling of inference software. You should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, and have experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Deep Learning and GPU technologies. Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and grow a team of solutions architects passionate about Generative AI
- Partner with other solution architects, engineering, product and business teams. Understanding their strategies and technical needs and helping define high-value solutions
- Strategically partner with lighthouse customers and industry-specific solution partners targeting our computing platform
- Work closely with customers to help them adopt and build solutions using NVIDIA technology
- Some travel to conferences and customers may be required
Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, other Engineering or related fields (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ overall years of work-related experience in deep learning, data science or software development with knowledge of parallel computing with GPUs
- 3+ years of experience leading a team
- Experience with modern Deep Learning software architecture and frameworks
- Strong fundamentals in programming, optimizations and software design
- Excellent knowledge of theory and practice of DL and LLMs
- Experience in technical leadership and strong understanding of NVIDIA technologies
- Excellent presentation, communication and collaboration skills
- Desire to be involved in multiple diverse and creative projects
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd:
- Experience in team leadership and management
- Experience with DL training at scale, deploying or optimizing DL in production
- Excellent C/C++ programming skills, including debugging, profiling, code optimization, performance analysis, and test design
- Familiarity with parallel programming and distributed computing platforms.
