Responsibilities

• Managing a team of Technical Program Managers, Business Systems Analysts and System Engineers responsible for the end-to-end ownership of SaaS collaboration applications including Lucid, Clockwise, Asana, etc.
• Managing a team of IT Product Managers & Business Systems Analysts partnering closely with IT Engineering teams on larger collaboration platforms and custom internal applications.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure IT applications and services deliver maximum value and drive efficiency across the company.
• Delivering on the vision of the IT Product Management and Business Systems Analysts functions.
• Mentoring and developing team members to positively impact the organization and support career growth.
• Communicating progress on initiatives, KPIs, and risk metrics to cross-functional partners and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Strong ability and excitement to scale up (present to execs and the board) and scale down (own and drive initiatives and solve problems directly).
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships across diverse groups.
• Demonstrated capacity to work with high degrees of business and technical complexity across a broad product portfolio.
• 5+ years owning collaboration applications at a high-growth technology company, especially within highly regulated industries.
• 5+ years leading internal product management teams building custom applications.
• Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills; ability to work effectively with incomplete or ambiguous information.
• Proven product leadership, including guiding product strategy and aligning with senior engineers and cross-functional partners.

Compensation

• Salary range: $205,785 to $242,100 USD annually.
• Full-time offers also include target bonus, target equity, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
