Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute analytics strategies for Payments Risk and Compliance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in business analytics with advanced degree preferred in quantitative fields like Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science.
  • Expert in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R) for data analysis.
  • Experience with causal inference methods, machine learning, and experimentation.
  • Knowledge of schema design, high-dimensional data modeling, ETL frameworks like Airflow.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-growth environments.
  • Prior experience in Payments Risk, fintech, and collaboration with auditors.
  • Strong leadership in complex ML-driven projects.

  • Experience with global payment programs and operations scaling.
