Grafana Labs is a remote-first, open-source company with more than 20M users of Grafana. The company provides both Grafana Cloud (managed) and Grafana Enterprise Stack (self-managed) and powers observability using components such as Grafana Mimir (metrics), Grafana Loki (logs), and Grafana Tempo (traces).
This role is part of the effort to change Grafana's core architecture to be fully multi-tenant and scalable and to build an opinionated app platform for Cloud apps that integrates dashboards, alerts, incidents, and telemetry.
Responsibilities
- Work on the Grafana App Platform to enable OSS and proprietary apps to tap into dashboards, alerts, incidents and telemetry.
- Contribute to changing Grafana's core architecture to be fully multi-tenant and scalable for Grafana-as-a-service.
- Build and operate SaaS platform features at scale, focusing on integrations and platform capabilities for Cloud apps.
Requirements
- Significant experience with SaaS platforms at scale and building multi-tenant, scalable systems.
- Experience or strong familiarity with observability concepts and integrating dashboards, alerts, incidents, and telemetry into platform experiences.
- Willingness to work remotely; this specific opening is for candidates located in the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Sweden, or Ireland.

Compensation & Equity
- Ireland compensation range: EUR 117,600 - EUR 141,120 (country-specific; other markets have their own ranges).
- All roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
