Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner aligning business and technology priorities.
- Leverage technical skills and SaaS technologies, including AI, to enhance productivity and creativity.
- Develop and maintain technology roadmap collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Lead business requirements gathering and analyze processes integrating AI solutions.
- Understand business use cases, system integrations, reporting, and AI-enhanced workflows.
- Drive productivity by improving or implementing new business and AI-driven processes.
- Collaborate with technical leads and engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Manage bug fixes and enhancements including AI functionalities.
- Support system configuration, issue troubleshooting, and solution analysis.
- Assist in product development, release lifecycle, user acceptance testing, including AI-driven features.
- Participate in sprint planning, on-call duties, and continuous process improvement.

- Strong communication and analytical skills to work effectively with business users.

- Knowledge in integrating AI-driven service management solutions at enterprise scale.
- Experience handling system configurations, reporting, and lifecycle management.
Benefits
- Base pay range $160,000 - $200,000 USD.
