Responsibilities

• Partner strategically with Product, Engineering, and UX Research to drive team strategy, product decisions, and roadmap priorities.
• Own end-to-end user journey and design execution from vision, ideation, prototyping, user testing, to final production.
• Collaborate closely with the Design Systems team to create scalable design frameworks and solutions.
• Establish and lead the design function for your product area.
• Provide mentorship and design feedback to other design team members.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Design experience.
• Proven track record of successfully leading design functions across a product area.
• Ability to own the end-to-end design process from initial concept to final implementation.
• Mastery of product design craft including strong visual & interaction design, prototyping, and UX best practices.
• Ability to collaborate and partner strategically with UX Research, Product, and Engineering to influence product decisions and strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Low ego and open-minded.

Nice to Have

• Crypto-forward experience, familiarity with onchain activity such as interacting with Ethereum addresses, using ENS, and engaging with dApps or blockchain-based services.

The position is full-time with target annual salary $217,900 CAD and additional target bonus, equity, and benefits included.
