The Consumer Engineering Test Infrastructure team accelerates development of high-quality products by enabling validation of product behaviors at scale through automated test infrastructure. The team is engineering driven, focusing on enabling developers to test high-fidelity production behaviors early, catching and fixing bugs as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical strategy and roadmap for test automation.
• Evaluate and introduce automated testing infrastructure and methodologies to improve product quality.
• Oversee creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts to identify automation opportunities.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and streamline the testing process within development lifecycles.
• Mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Define testing best practices and drive cultural change within product teams.
• Partner with stakeholders and align on testing outcomes.
• Provide regular status updates on testing progress and quality outcomes.
• Ensure thorough coverage across functional, integration, performance, and security testing.
• Develop insights on quality gaps and drive best practices for testing and defect resolution.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering delivering large-scale products.
• Passion for development and production excellence.
• Experience architecting and developing solutions for ambiguous problems with significant impact.
• Commitment to building an open financial system that connects the world.

Nice to Have

• Crypto-forward experience including interacting with Ethereum addresses, ENS, and engaging with dApps or blockchain-based services.

This role is remote and offers a salary range between $218,025 and $256,500 USD annually, including target bonus and equity.
