Information about the position

As part of Vinted’s Community Support team, the newly established Strategy & Planning Team is leading strategic efforts and helping CS organisation to run smoothly and ensure transparency of its strategic direction, execution and maintenance. You will be working closely with the Director of the function in supporting the maturity of the Strategy & Planning sub-function.

This is a fixed-termposition covering maternity leave and is expected to last up till January, 2027. The end date is tied to the return of the incumbent team member; however, there may be potential for extension based on business needs.

In this position, you’ll

  • Support the build-up and implementation of the Strategy & Planning (S&P) sub-function. Drive best practices and continuous improvement within the S&P scope.
  • Build with the Director of the function and maintain governance (processes, templates, frameworks, i.e - Strategic Planning cycle) for effective Strategy & Planning execution.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance an overview of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and key performance indicators to measure progress against strategic CS goals (e.g., creation of a scorecard). Oversee the Strategic Portfolio and provide actionable insights.
  • Lead internal Strategy & Planning initiatives, incorporating insights on strategic trends, benchmarks, and best practices. Support other sub-functions with strategic work as required.
  • Support preparation of key ceremonies within internal operational aspects (i.e. planning cycle, All-Hands etc.) of the CS function.

About you

  • Previous experience in strategy, strategic planning, consulting.
  • Proven experience in strategic governance: creating and maintaining processes, templates, and frameworks for efficient execution and governance.
  • Strong analytical skills - able to play analyse data, provide insights, create dashboards.
  • Stakeholder management skills - excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively coordinate with the internal Team, and stakeholders, build trust and partnership.
  • Presentational skills: ability to create and design high quality presentations.
  • Experience in planning, initiating, executing, and concluding projects, ensuring key deliverables are met.
  • Attentive to detail: accuracy in maintaining overviews and tracking progress, ensuring all nuances are accounted for.
  • Hands-on attitude and urge to learn and grow.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Preferably a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Management, or a related field.
