Information about the position
Join the Finance Systems team at Vinted, where we focus on optimising the effectiveness of financial operations by managing and improving the various systems and tools used within the Finance Department. This includes integrating different systems for seamless functionality and maintaining overall system performance.
As a Systems & Integrations Specialist, you'll be pivotal in optimising processes connected to NetSuite. Your responsibilities include developing scripts within NetSuite and creating REST APIs for seamless external interactions. You'll play a crucial role in system integrations, process automations, and potentially evaluating and transitioning to middleware solutions.
We seek an individual with a robust technical background, preferably with experience or knowledge in NetSuite or other ERP systems.
In this position, you’ll
- NetSuite Development: Develop and customise NetSuite components, such as scripts, fields, workflows, roles/permissions, and more.
- Integration and Middleware Evaluation: Collaborate with the IT department to assess the current integration needs. Evaluate the suitability of middleware solutions for future integrations and strategise the transition of current integrations to middleware.
- Business Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to evaluate integration proposals by defining and analysing requirements through the lens of our data architecture.
- System Upgrades and Monitoring: Test software updates, ensure enhanced system functionality, and monitor data flow. Resolve technical issues as needed.
- Documentation and Performance Tracking: Document integration processes and create detailed reference guides. Track system performance and monitor usage.
- Communication and Staying Updated: Communicate system status efficiently to stakeholders. Stay updated with NetSuite functionalities, customisations, integrations, and relevant middleware technologies.
About you
- Proficiency in scripting, SQL or analytics.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies.
Preferred but not required:
- Experience with ERP system administration or implementation (preferably NetSuite).
- Familiarity with software/API development and middleware solutions.
- Knowledge of role and permission management, page layout configuration, custom objects, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Understanding of accounting principles and hands-on experience in accounting or bookkeeping.

The salary range for this position is € 2,567 - € 3,467 gross per month.
