Information about the position

As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Senior Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the continuous improvement of TA processes and enhancing the overall TA experience. You’ll manage and optimize our tech stack and drive efficiency through automation.

The role will see you identifying barriers and improvements, taking them from concept to realization and end user adoption.

You’ll report to the TA Operations Manager and collaborate closely with TA Specialists plus wider People Technology, Analytics and Operations teams to achieve more complex and interrelated tasks.

In this position, you’ll

  • Identify, scope and drive recruiting process improvements in close collaboration with the TA Team and relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain the TA technology stack and be hands on with systems configurations, being fully mindful of the impacts of any changes you make
  • Design, build and maintain a Knowledge base for the TA Team and key stakeholders. I.e Recruiters, hiring managers
  • Provide end user support for TA Processes and systems via a Jira ticketing system to Vinted’s employee population
  • Build, own and maintain project documentation and process maps
  • Contribute to interdependent People / HR wide projects where TA is actively impacted and/ or involved
  • Ensure all TA processes and systems comply with relevant regulations to mitigate risks

About you

  • Proven experience (with examples of) elevating TA processes
  • Hands on experience configuring an Application Tracking Systems (ATS), Ideally Greenhouse
  • Comfortable with using data to inform decisions and your recommendations
  • Well versed in creating and documenting complex workflows and processes
  • Experience with coordinating small to medium scale projects within a Talent Acquisition or HR environment
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Care deeply about Operational Excellence
  • Excellent at communicating in spoken and written English.
