Details
Bloomberg Enterprise Data is expanding its Funds Data Product Team to deliver best-in-class datasets and AI-ready data solutions that power analytics, automation, and decision-making across global markets. The team focuses on funds data, equity datasets, listed derivatives, and advanced analytics to support investment, risk, regulatory, and ESG workflows. This leadership role combines finance, data science and AI innovation to shape the next generation of data products.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Funds Data products globally.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers.
- Champion AI-driven transformation, including agentic AI approaches and MCP AI concepts.
- Partner with clients on AI and Cloud technology transformation to enable analytics and automation at scale.
- Prioritize high-impact initiatives to drive growth in the Data business and execute with agility.
- Engage with teams, clients and industry partners globally (travel as needed).
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management within financial data, analytics, or technology, including 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep understanding of global funds markets and the funds data landscape.
- Strong grasp of data science, MCP AI, and agentic automation concepts and how they transform financial data workflows.
- Proven track record of defining and executing innovative product strategies that deliver measurable business results.
- Excellent communication skills; able to articulate complex technical concepts and influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to travel globally as needed.
Nice to Have
- Passion for AI innovation and agentic, intelligent data systems.
- Understanding of cross-asset data models and quantitative integration.
- Exposure to client workflows across Trading, Risk, Regulation, or Sustainability.
- Experience with Python, R, or other data science and analytics programming languages.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: 235,000 - 350,000 USD Annual + Benefits + Bonus.
