Responsibilities

• Successful Development and Growth of the OpenShift Platform: ensuring that the platform is developed and grown to fit all applications seamlessly.
• Alignment with Business Objectives: ensuring that the platform's growth aligns with the company's strategic goals through quarterly business reviews.
• Efficient Collaboration: facilitating close collaboration with various teams to ensure smooth integration and alignment.
• Backlog Management: manage the product backlog through prioritization.
• Stakeholder Management: collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure that the platform meets business needs and objectives.
• Technical Oversight: overseeing the technical aspects of the platform, including security, performance, and scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Understanding of OpenShift architecture, deployment, and management.
• Strong IT background with a deep understanding of infrastructure components such as servers, storage, networking, and virtualization.
• Project and people management experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with technical and business users across different regions.
