  • Develop and present comprehensive compliance reports for senior leaders and executives, highlighting progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations for technology-related compliance topics.
  • Collaborate closely with compliance teams to identify potential technology solutions that mitigate risks and enhance compliance processes.
  • Develop innovative and data-driven compliance methodologies and processes to support the needs of each compliance program.

Your Expertise:

  • 8+ years of technical compliance risk management and/or technology program management, preferably in a global technology platform company.
  • Proven record in translating policy and business requirements to develop technical solutions to compliance problems.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Skilled at developing executive reporting, with experience presenting to senior management across different business lines.
  • Ability to lead multiple cross-functional projects at one time with good time management.
  • You may not be a compliance expert, but you have the capability to understand global laws and regulations that impact online platforms.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with data analytics tools (Tableau, Superset).
  • Experience implementing governance, risk, and compliance tools.
  • Expertise with enterprise project management tools.
  • Compliance-related certifications are a plus, but not required.
