This role will own Claude Code enablement—curating and delivering the technical curriculum, demos, labs, and content that let go-to-market teams, partners, and customers demonstrate and support Claude Code with confidence. It's an engineer-facing role for someone who enjoys teaching, developer tools, and shaping how field teams present AI-assisted development.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Claude Code training for onboarding and ongoing enablement programs
- Create and maintain training content: demo scripts, hands-on labs, use case libraries, quick-reference guides
- Build compelling demo scenarios across industries and developer personas
- Develop competitive positioning content—battlecards, differentiation guides, objection handling
- Run demo coaching sessions and weekly office hours
- Translate new Claude Code features into field-ready content rapidly
- Gather field feedback and track content effectiveness to continuously improve programs
Requirements
- 7+ years in a technical role (software engineering, solutions engineering, developer advocacy, or technical enablement)
- Strong programming skills — evidence of shipping real code recently
- Extensive use of AI coding tools (ideally Claude Code) as core infrastructure for building and shipping
- Track record delivering live technical training or talks
- Experience partnering directly with sales, solutions engineering, or GTM teams
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Nice to Have
- Experience coaching others on demos or presentations
- Familiarity with enterprise developer workflows
- Public speaking, conference presentations, or community-facing developer advocacy
Location & Travel
- Location is flexible with preference for proximity to a major hub (San Francisco, New York City, or Seattle)
- Regular travel is expected for in-person training delivery and field events
- Location-based hybrid policy: staff are expected to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time (some roles may require more time in office)
Compensation
Annual Salary: $270,000 - $310,000 USD
