Responsibilities
- Manage technical programs from requirements through launch, including coordinating all aspects of project timelines, resolving obstacles, and maintaining streamlined processes.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Product Management, Program Management, and external Partner teams to define, prioritize, and deliver features, create infrastructure, define processes, and workflows.
- Assume the responsibility of the point of contact, coordinating and leading status meetings, facilitating communication of progress and updates between engineering teams, collaborators, customers, and partners.
- Lead and improve existing product development and software release processes; collaborate with engineering and product management leaders to refine the workflows and improve efficiencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience developing and leading complex software projects in large, cross-functional organizations.
- Expertise in Jira, Plans, and other project management tools and plug-ins to manage project execution.
- Proficient in delivering clear and concise messages to different groups of people.
- Experience with data analysis tools, building visualizations, data-driven decision making.
- Experience in measuring and improving efficiency of processes and workflows.
- Experience in turning around failures into learning experiences.
