In WB Tech/Transaction Services we are looking for an IT Integrator (IT Project Manager) to join our WB TS Reporting & Cards area team.

Our WB TS Reporting & Cards area team are responsible for Global Customer Reporting Platform (GCRP) services delivery, where GCRP is the future-proof platform for TS Reporting to ING WB customers.

You will work in close collaboration with internationally diversified Squads in ING's Agile organization to achieve the QBR commitments. You are also a member of a Chapter where you work on your craftsmanship.

An IT Integrator role in WB TS Reporting & Cards area does the following:

  • Ensures that there are clear business requirements in cooperation with Customer Journey Expert/Business Analyst.
  • Ensures that the design is created by the Solution Architect and aligned with the Domain Architect.
  • Creates Feature planning, establish cooperation cross Squads and plans Feature delivery; herewith maintaining close relationship with (business) counterpart(s).
  • Reviews technical solution directions and technical dependencies drafted in the Epic in coordination with the Business Analyst, the Domain Architect and relevant Squad members, using in-depth IT/application knowledge.
  • Facilitates end-to-end testing, to ensure the delivered Feature works as designed and as per the business requirements.
  • Has a cross-domain view and is able to identify the needs and dependencies of stakeholders across Tribes or domains to enable business and IT in slicing Epics into Features.
  • Identifies which Squads/Teams/specialists to involve in the Agile build cycle.
  • Challenges and advises Product Owners on Feature dependencies and priorities and backlog alignment of individual Squads.

Who are you?

Skills and experience

  • Bachelor's or master's degree.
  • 7-10 years of experience in IT Project management, strong leadership skills with a proven track-record successful delivery in Agile organization WoW.
  • Finance/ Payments knowledge, preferably worked within Customer Reporting or Payments area.
  • Experience in refining and designing features, challenge and advise Product Owners on feature dependencies and priorities.
  • Nice to have: knowledge on databases, Java including API's, Kafka data streaming and Tibco/EMS.
