This role focuses on enhancing Benefits, Time Off and Leave programs within Workday. The Workday Analyst will configure system functionality, update and enhance Workday Business Processes, write custom Workday Reports, partner with end users to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and ensure data quality.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and support Workday system functionality for Benefits, Leave and Time Off plans, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, documentation, testing and implementation from initiation to completion
  • Collaborate with HR team members and other business stakeholders on development of system requirements and testing plans
  • Research, analyze and troubleshoot Workday issues
  • Review and reconcile data, including collating and analyzing data from multiple sources, identifying issues and fixing them
  • Test and document all changes (break/fix and enhancements) prior to migration to Production
  • Use advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables) for analysis and reconciliation
  • Prioritize a workload comprised of transactional and project-based tasks
  • Implement HR systems strategies and programs in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment

Requirements

  • 4-year degree in HR, Business, IT/IS, MIS, or a related field strongly preferred (applicable experience also considered)
  • 4+ years configuration and hands-on Workday experience with proficiency in multiple Workday areas including Benefits, Reporting and Business Processes
  • Proficiency with multiple Workday modules (Core HCM, Benefits, Time Off, Leaves)
  • Experience writing custom Workday Reports and enhancing Workday Business Processes
  • Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables)
  • Analytical mindset with ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve system issues
  • Excellent collaboration, influencing and problem resolution skills
  • Highly flexible, self-directed, self-motivated and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Solid teamwork skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and understand HR data security
  • Workday Pro Certification is a plus
  • Workday Prism experience is a plus

  • Salary Range: 120000 - 140000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
