Information about the position
You will join our dynamic People Tech team, which primarily manages the Workday - Human Capital Management (HCM) system. Reporting to the People Tech team lead, you will collaborate with other People Tech team members. Our team is accountable for configuring Workday, adopting new functionalities, integrating with other systems, and tailoring the system to meet the company's needs. We strive to make Workday a user-friendly, self-service tool that caters to our organisation's specific requirements.
As a Workday Reporting Specialist, you will be pivotal in shaping the way our organisation uses Workday reporting. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimising reports to support business needs while ensuring data integrity and security. Your role will involve collaboration across teams to facilitate the effective use of Workday and assist with various configuration and administrative tasks.
In this position, you’ll
- Create and develop new reports within Workday, tailoring them to meet organisational needs.
- Maintain and enhance the current reporting suite, ensuring all reports are accurate, efficient, and up-to-date.
- Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Provide user training and guidance on leveraging Workday reports effectively, increasing user autonomy and system proficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the People Analytics team to understand and support their data requirements.
- Assist with the completion of EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders) and participate in data load testing to ensure successful data integrations.
- Contribute to Workday configuration and administrative tasks as needed to support organisational changes.
- Engage in Workday Release testing, staying informed of new features and improvements to adopt best practices.
- Champion the use of technology and automation to enhance people processes and overall efficiency.
- Participate in various projects and initiatives as required, offering analytical insights and Workday expertise.
About you
- Several years of experience with Workday Reporting.
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, with expertise in pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
- Demonstrated experience with loading data via EIBs in Workday.
- Strong understanding of Workday Security, Business Processes, and Condition Rules.
- Experience in configuring Workday functionalities to align with business needs.
- Solid understanding of Data Privacy principles and being able to apply it.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- A keen desire to learn and configure different functional areas within Workday.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organisational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and uphold a strong work ethic.

The salary range for this position is € 2,525 - € 3,425 gross per month.
