Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and grow partnerships with CE retailers, e-tailers & distribution channel partners worldwide.
- Prepare customized sales solutions and offers; negotiate agreements and pricing; identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Ensure exceptional client onboarding experience and maintain continuous daily interaction to maximize clients' selling capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external marketing teams to convert opportunities effectively and achieve sales targets.
- Track and analyze key metrics, clearly communicate business results, and proactively identify and implement areas for team improvement.
- Work with an innovative product that transforms the global retail industry.
- Visit international clients (business trips when applicable).
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Tech/IT industry, SaaS, Retail or Distribution business (B2B2C).
- Proven successful sales experience managing large & SMB accounts, building strong client relationships, and consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly OKRs/KPIs.
- Strong sales acumen: excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, analytical, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage full sales cycles effectively with diverse stakeholders and buyers.
- Fluent English language skills (spoken and written).
- Ownership, flexibility, proactivity, results-driven mindset, with strong learning aptitude and planning capabilities.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools. Experience with Salesforce and Jira highly advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking.
Preferred Experience
- Working with CE Retail chains and Distribution.
- Experience in the worldwide market.
Salary
- Gross Salary 1900 - 3200 EUR/Month (listed by employer).
Workplace
- Hybrid role based in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania. Business trips to international clients when applicable.
