NVIDIA has an opportunity for an Account Manager, Digital Health ISVs to build, nurture and grow strategic partnerships with ISVs in the Digital Health ecosystem.

NVIDIA is at the forefront of revolutionizing healthcare β€” powering personalized medicine, advancing biomedical research, and developing next-generation clinics. As a key member of the Healthcare Sales Team, you will help accelerate this transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Digital Health ISVs, understanding their business needs and helping them leverage NVIDIA technology.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans to drive ISV partner growth.
  • Identify opportunities to align Digital Health ISV solutions with NVIDIA technology and platforms and help partners deliver value to their customers.
  • Provide cross-functional leadership by working closely with NVIDIA solution architects, developer relations, business development, product teams, and marketing to support ISV partners.
  • Represent the voice of ISVs by identifying industry trends, gathering feedback, and removing obstacles to optimize ISV onboarding, time to market, and profitability.
  • Contribute to team success through collaboration, continuous learning, and improvement.
  • Maintain good pipeline hygiene and drive/operationalize pipelines through SFDC (Salesforce).
  • Travel as needed to meet with clients and partners.

Requirements

  • Track record of successfully growing revenue for new innovative technology-based solutions, including driving platform adoption.
  • 5+ years of field enterprise technology sales, healthcare ISV partner management, and channel leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills; able to convey sophisticated concepts in a compelling, concise way.
  • Strong executive presence, polish, and political savvy.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically, communicate vision (written and verbal), and influence cross-functionally.
  • Ability to identify and resolve complex issues, working with partners and internal teams to overcome challenges and achieve partner goals.
  • Comfortable working in a rapidly evolving environment which is often complex and ambiguous.

  • An understanding of AI workflows and use cases.
  • Technical degree or equivalent experience in AI/ML.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell and work in a matrix-managed team culture.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and business acumen.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Cash compensation range: 148,000 USD - 235,750 USD (85% base, 15% variable). Final cash compensation will be determined based on location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions.
