Responsibilities

  • High-volume Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a large portfolio of SMB customers (primarily US-based), managing relationships efficiently to ensure rapid onboarding, activation, and swift product adoption.
  • Retention & Churn Mitigation: Proactively manage the renewal cycle of all accounts, executing a high-volume, standardized renewal process to minimize churn and maximize the number of successful, on-time renewals.
  • Transactional Growth: Identify and execute clear upsell and expansion opportunities within the existing client portfolio, focusing on quick-win transactions that align with immediate SMB needs.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with strategic accounts and take proactive steps to nurture them for future growth.
  • Multi-product Ownership: Become an expert in several cybersecurity products, identify cross-sell opportunities, and grow a multi-product client portfolio.
  • Data-driven action: Analyze customer usage and health data to quickly segment accounts, prioritize outreach, and execute scalable strategies to ensure portfolio growth.
  • CRM Excellence: Maintain operational hygiene across different tools (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring all opportunities, activities, and account information are consistently updated to guarantee data accuracy and facilitate effective sales forecasting and management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with Marketing, Technical, and Legal teams to advocate for customers' needs and help with process automations.

Salary

  • Gross salary: 1,900–3,200 EUR per month (equivalent to 22,800–38,400 EUR per year).
