The Ads Measurement team charter covers Signals, Identity, Attribution, Performance Measurement, Brand Suitability and 3rd party integrations. Our mission is to prove Reddit Ads value to advertisers and enable optimal performance delivery in a privacy-compliant environment. The Ads Measurement Modeling team is dedicated to evaluating and improving advertising effectiveness to drive advertiser success. This team builds machine learning solutions that help advertisers understand the value Reddit delivers to their business.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical vision and long-term roadmap for Measurement Modeling, aligning AI solutions with Reddit’s ads product and business objectives.
• Lead, coach, and support the development of a high-performing machine learning team; recruit and grow team members in partnership with recruiting.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of machine learning models, pipelines, and systems for ad signals, identity, and privacy.
• Drive technical execution and delivery, ensuring scalable, well-designed ML solutions are production-ready.
• Collaborate with platform and infrastructure teams to enable next-generation AI-powered solutions.
• Maintain high standards for system performance, reliability, and efficiency; operate in alignment with responsible AI principles.
• Partner cross-functionally to identify opportunities, set expectations, and communicate the team’s work to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building and managing high-performing machine learning teams.
• Deep hands-on experience working with machine learning models and deploying them in large-scale production systems.
• Strong understanding of deep learning and transformer-based architectures; experience in AI model development.
• Experience with machine learning pipelines and systems, production deployment, and operational excellence for ML services.
• Domain experience or familiarity with modeled conversions, probabilistic user matching, identity resolution, and utility enhancement modeling.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and communicate a clear technical strategy that supports company objectives.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to present complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
• Passion for developing scalable, responsible AI solutions that drive business value.

Compensation

• Base pay range for this U.S.-based position: $230,000 - $322,000 USD
• In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to receive equity (RSUs) and may be eligible for a commission depending on the position offered.
