As an experienced Business Analyst you now Treasury and you are at your best translating the Treasury Requirements into clear specifications for the DevOps Team. You keep control over the delivery process.

You have the skills to challenges unclear requirements and are at your best working with your DevOps teams in delivering the software solutions that Rabobank requires. As Business Analyst you take pride in designing future proof and sustainable solutions, together with your technical colleagues.

Practical Examples

• Work together with the Teasury Modellers or Liquidity specialist in defining the smart requirements and with the squad the technical solutions.
• You are a sparring partner for business management, architects, your squad, product owner and other stakeholders.
• Lead the squad to create an innovative solution for our Deposits products.

Top 3 responsibilities

• Understand complex Treasury problems, identify business/ functional user requirements and recommend how best to support them through processes and systems
• Translate business requirements and issues into designs and specifications that are in line with the chosen business and IT architecture framework.
• Be the owner of the software delivery process, so that all changes will be managed properly and secure software will be delivered into production

With in the Tribe our BA’s are crucial to bring sustainable solutions live. We manage the balance sheet risks (interest, market, currency, liquidity). Therefore you should be comfortable from a functional and technology perspective. The BA role is key in between the PO and Business stakeholders and the technical squad who needs to right specifications to develop high quality software.

You will work within 1 of the 6 squads, which are devided into 2 areas. All squads work on the Microsoft (Azure) stack. From On Prem, IaaS and PaaS solutions. We use .NET, Python, DataBricks, Power BI etc.

You and your talent

• Higher School Certificate or equivalent is essential.
• Fast experience in guiding the DevOps team to deliver in time the correct solution, based on clearly written specifications.
• At least 5+ years’ experience in banking and/or financial services IT.
• At least 5+ years’ experience in system design, development, testing and/or project implementation & planning
• At least 5+ years’ experience of Business Analysis/Business Consultancy proven track record and fulfilling a lead business analysis role;
• Proven trackrecord within Financial Markets / Treasury /Asset & Liability Management (ALM) domain as business analyst
• Proven trackrecord with Liquidity Risk, Interest Rate Risk Management and/or FTP
• Proven trackrecord with business analysis methodologies and applicable IT architectures;
• Proven trackrecord in stakeholder management;
• Proven trackrecord in working in large or complex projects through the full life-cycle;
• Experience in finance & risk processes as well as the technologies and data which enables them;
• Experience in agile environment, experience with DevOps, SCRUM and SAFe.
• Experience with Audit, Compliance and Operational Risk processes and general IT risks and controls.

For this position where are looking for a colleague who is already located in the Netherlands. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider candidates requiring relocation from another country or to provide a visa sponsorship for this position.
