For more than 30 years, we provide, manage, and process payments for Visa and Mastercard credit cards. To further strengthen our position, we are looking for a Senior Data Analyst Business Reporting who excels in data analysis and reporting, while also making a significant contribution to the development and optimization of our reporting process.
Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risk factors, market movements, and customer behavior.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI to support decision-making processes.
- Translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for various stakeholders.
- Identify anomalies, risks, and opportunities in the data and proactively recommend improvements to business processes.

Strategic Collaboration:
- Collaborate with departments such as Finance, Risk, Operations, and Marketing to align reporting solutions with business strategy.
- Contribute to data-driven projects that impact the broader organization.
- Ensure that reporting processes are continuously optimized to meet changing business needs and priorities.
Requirements
- A completed bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Business Administration, Econometrics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
- At least 5 years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in business reporting within the financial sector.
- Experience with Power BI (including DAX) and other data analysis tools.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases.
- Strong communication skills, both in presenting technical analyses to non-technical stakeholders and in guiding processes with various departments.
- Experience working in an agile/scrum environment is a plus.
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving ability with a passion for continuous improvement.
