International Card Services (ICS) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ABN AMRO Bank N.V., holding its own banking license. We are the market leader in issuing credit cards in the Netherlands and we also operate in Germany. For more than 30 years, we provide, manage, and process payments for Visa and Mastercard credit cards. ICS offers credit cards under our own brand and in collaboration with co-branding partners for both consumers and business clients, and we provide a wide range of other financial products and services.

To further strengthen our position, we are looking for a Senior Data Analyst Business Reporting who excels in data analysis and reporting, while also making a significant contribution to the development and optimization of our reporting process.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risk factors, market movements, and customer behavior.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI to support decision-making processes.
  • Translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for various stakeholders.
  • Identify anomalies, risks, and opportunities in the data and proactively recommend improvements to business processes.

• Strategic Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with departments such as Finance, Risk, Operations, and Marketing to align reporting solutions with business strategy.
  • Contribute to data-driven projects that impact the broader organization.
  • Ensure that reporting processes are continuously optimized to meet changing business needs and priorities.

Requirements

• A completed bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Business Administration, Econometrics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
• At least 5 years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in business reporting within the financial sector.
• Experience with Power BI (including DAX) and other data analysis tools.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases.
• Strong communication skills, both in presenting technical analyses to non-technical stakeholders and in guiding processes with various departments.
• Experience working in an agile/scrum environment is a plus.
• Proactive attitude and problem-solving ability with a passion for continuous improvement.
