Details

Reddit's Brand Ad Formats team builds high-visibility, awareness-driven ad solutions for the Reddit Android app. The team focuses on evolving existing ad formats and launching new interactive experiences (including AI-driven formats and fully customizable interactive ads) to maximize advertiser reach and brand impact.

Responsibilities

  • Build ad experiences and create reusable patterns for Reddit’s Android app that improve ad performance and functionality.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to innovate and implement sophisticated solutions for complex challenges.
  • Participate across the full development cycle: design, develop, QA, experiment, analyze, and deploy.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Android engineering and languages such as Kotlin or Java, with at least 3 years of software development experience.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals.
  • Willingness to tackle challenges of creating data-intensive, highly responsive, and fault-tolerant apps.
  • Openness to explore innovative approaches to software development.

Bonus

  • Experience working on ad tech.
  • Ability to work full stack.

Pay Transparency

  • Base pay range for this position: $190,800 - $267,100 USD
  • Role may be eligible for equity (RSUs) and, depending on position, commission
