Team

This role fits within the Architecture function under the EA office, providing team members the opportunity to share, mature, and continuously optimize the EA practice. You will work with a team of experts, set standards, and ensure the development and safeguarding of knowledge. You'll orchestrate practice optimizations, facilitating the bank's smooth evolution and strategic ambitions, while fostering collaboration across engineering, portfolio, and other areas.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, support, and communicate processes, guidelines, and best practices with specialized focus on information, data and governance, ensuring a consistent, high-quality methodology for bank-wide architecture services.
  • Establish governance structures for decision-making and standards. Implement practices for architecture decisions, technical debt, and verification to align with business goals.
  • Facilitate ArchiMate governance by uniting contributors, socializing reference views, and setting up tools with supporting catalogs.
  • Develop and embed road mapping practices to ensure consistency in architecture practices.
  • Train architects in the use of EA services and frameworks, ensuring these frameworks are maintained and their understanding is socialized and spread.
  • Champion the adoption of new technologies and methodologies, and select the right tools to ensure architecture modeling and insights are available.
  • Plan, organize, and orchestrate best practice guidelines, facilitating and coordinating efforts to define, optimize, and harmonize architectural practice globally, leveraging your architecture knowledge to lead and coach others.
  • Orchestrate the architecture portfolio, ensuring all initiatives align with strategic goals and resources are effectively allocated to maximize impact and efficiency.
