NVIDIA is seeking an outstanding ASIC Verification Engineer to verify the design and implementation of the world's leading SoC's and GPU's. Responsibilities
- Verify the design, architecture, and micro-architecture using advanced verification methodologies
- Define the verification scope and develop verification infrastructure for memory subsystem units
- Verify firmware code, focusing on hardware/firmware interactions
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and software engineers across sites
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience
- Experience with verification methodology and creating reusable verification components
- Knowledge of random stimulus verification, functional coverage, and assertion-based verification methodologies
- Fluency in Object Oriented Programming with SystemVerilog
- Exposure to design and verification tools (VCS or equivalent simulation tools, Debussy, GDB) and methodologies (UVM or equivalent)
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ways to Stand Out
- Prior experience with high-speed IO protocols or memory coherence verification
- Experience debugging embedded firmware code (C or RISCV Assembly)
- Knowledge of embedded microcontrollers and/or RISCV Architecture
- Experience writing verification plans
- Strong verification mindset and intuition
