Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business partners to manage annual and quarterly planning processes ensuring alignment on financial and strategic goals.
  • Define, lead, and improve operating processes such as business reviews, financial reporting, and strategic forecasting.
  • Define and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics, explain variances, provide actionable insights.
  • Lead or support strategic projects to improve financial outcomes, optimize efficiency, and ensure long-term growth.
  • Provide actionable financial insights through detailed reporting and analytics.
  • Partner with Data Science teams to enhance data accessibility, automation, and conduct financial investigations.
  • Analyze business trends and drivers of variance for senior leadership.
  • Present financial reports, performance updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and business strategy, with preference for management consulting, business operations, and financial roles.
  • B.A. or B.S. in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus).
  • Proven experience in P&L management, revenue forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Advanced SQL expertise to self-sufficiently extract, analyze and report summarized data.
  • Strong strategic and critical thinking skills with ability to synthesize data and make recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders and leadership.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative, innovative environment and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and thoughtfulness in decision-making.

Benefits

  • Base pay range: $145,000 — $170,000 USD
  • May be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
  • US remote eligible, with occasional office or offsite attendance as agreed.
