This role is part of a diverse Information Security team focusing on maintaining and improving the organization's security posture by managing IT risk controls and governance related to security standards.
Responsibilities
- Own IT risk controls and processes aligned with Wholesale Banking strategic initiatives.
- Advise process owners on IT and Security processes to manage and report IT & Cyber Risk.
- Maintain thorough understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and stay updated with the latest security standards and best practices.
- Manage execution and adoption of IAM across ING applications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in developing and maintaining a strong information security program.
- Liaise with DevOps engineers to support IAM onboarding and control implementation.
- Design, implement, and monitor security safeguards against emerging cyber threats.
- Develop a risk culture and provide governance for IT security standards.
- Implement information security strategies to enhance security posture.
- Foster innovation and experimentally improve security processes.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits.
- Maintain detailed documentation of security processes, tools, and procedures.
Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience; certifications like CISM, CISA, or CISSP are preferred.
- 3-5 years experience in Information Security, preferably in IAM.
- Technical expertise with Microsoft MFA, CyberArk, Azure Active Directory.
- Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages.
- Hands-on experience with Azure and security services.
- Deep knowledge of security principles: Confidentiality, Integrity & Availability.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams including developers, admins, and business users.
