NVIDIA’s AI and Digital Twin platforms are used across leading industries, academic institutions, start-ups, and major Internet companies. The Enterprise / Datacenter Business is growing rapidly as NVIDIA defines the next era of computing where platforms act as the brains of computers, robots, and self-driving cars. The Auto Industrial AI Business Development Leader will pursue opportunities in the Automotive industry focused on Omniverse Digital Twins, Simulation, and related AI workloads such as CAE-HPC, GenAI for Design, Physics AI, and AI for Manufacturing (Predictive Maintenance, AOI, Supply Chain/Route Planning & Optimization, AI-powered Factory Assistants).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with automotive customers and internal teams to identify, develop, prioritize, and drive growth in Omniverse and Industrial AI opportunities.
- Increase demand for Industrial AI workloads by working closely with business development teams for GenAI, CAE, and Robotics to accelerate sales cycles and drive deeper penetration across these workloads.
- Empower and enable field teams and partners with comprehensive knowledge of NVIDIA platforms, value propositions, competitive positioning, and GTM sales and marketing assets in collaboration with marketing.
- Collaborate with CSPs, GSI/SDP, ISVs/DevRel and other partner leaders to build an ecosystem of partners that drives demand and adoption of Industrial AI in automotive.
- Deliver and report on a 4-quarter revenue pipeline and forecasts; coordinate with Automotive segment sales and Finance teams to meet/exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
- Drive lighthouse engagements for new Industrial AI platforms and represent automotive customers and partners to inform product roadmaps and core functionality.
Requirements
- 10+ years of proven experience, including 5+ years driving sales and business development with major technology companies and innovative start-ups.
- Demonstrable experience in technologies related to digital twin, metaverse, AI, immersive experience, and next-generation Internet technologies.
- Proven success in building and managing end-to-end solutions including business case, solution definition, value proposition, sales enablement, and joint marketing.
- Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority across external partners and internal teams at all levels.
- Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements, interpreting contracts/legal documents, and working with attorneys to complete agreements.
- Demonstrated track record in overlay sales and providing cross-functional GTM leadership to grow the business, working effectively with global teams.
- Experience creating and running sales/RTM activation programs.
- Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business or Engineering is a plus.

- Experience in immersive 3D, digital twins, metaverse, SDR, XR.
- Strong understanding of the digital twin and immersive 3D landscape including key delivering partners.
Compensation & Benefits
- Cash compensation range: 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD (85% base, 15% variable).
