NVIDIA develops and operates a global testing platform and is seeking a Solution/Automation Engineer to design and implement automation solutions, support clients, and optimize automation processes across distributed systems and platforms. The role involves collaborating with product and cross-functional teams, delivering workshops and demos, and acting as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead crafting, design and implementation of technical automation solutions across a wide variety of platforms, services, and distributed systems, ensuring solutions meet efficiency and requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and product teams to integrate automation solutions into existing systems and workflows.
  • Provide in-depth technical support: conduct workshops, deliver presentations, and perform product demonstrations for clients.
  • Continuously optimize and improve automation processes and provide user/customer support for common issues and product usage.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal technical staff, translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms and actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in software engineering with a focus on automation and developing new solutions.
  • Excellent programming skills in Python.
  • Proficient knowledge of software architectures and system design; adequate understanding of automation frameworks and tools.
  • Good understanding of OS fundamentals, platforms, NVIDIA technologies, databases, REST/RPC APIs, CI/CD, Grafana, Jira, and server-client architectures.
  • Proven capability to lead projects and collaborate in a distributed team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication.

Ways to stand out

  • Experience with Perl, Golang, or Rust.
  • Experience with NVIDIA technologies including GPU and CUDA.
  • Strong familiarity with LLMs, AI, machine learning, and HPC.

  • Base salary ranges by level:
    • Level 3: 148,000 USD - 235,750 USD
    • Level 4: 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD
