You will be joining the Platform Network Enablement Team that is responsible for the Azure Central Network Infrastructure of ABN Amro.

Your job

In the P&T Public Cloud Platforms Grid we are looking for motivated and ambitious new team members that have quality and security on top of their list as being a professional.
For the Platform- Network Enablement Team we need a Azure Networking Engineer on the Microsoft Stack.
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for Operating and Developing the Azure Network Infrastructure together with the rest of the DevOps team. The team works in sprints to deliver Business Value, they do this by development, scaling and improving the environment that consist of Azure components like (but not limited to) Express Routes, Virtual Network Gateways, Azure Firewall (Manager), DNS Solution on Azure. The team works closely together with stakeholders from other (on-prem) network teams, CISO NSS and A&PS to ensure we deliver the best connectivity solutions to our customers. Acting on monitoring, alerting and handing incidents is the responsibility of the whole team and driven by a role that rotates every sprint to a different team member.

Working environment

The Public Cloud Platforms Engineering department provides the Foundational layer of FSCP, ABN AMRO's Public Cloud Platform. It consists of five teams that are engaged in building and maintaining platform functionalities, extending and managing the Azure service catalogue, and performing other core platform activities that consumers and other platform service providers rely on.

Your profile

Must have:

• Azure DevOps (AZ-400) and/or Designing and Implementing Microsoft Azure Networking Solutions (AZ-700)
• Experience with Azure DevOps and experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. design and deployment of ARM templates, or Terraform, Bicep and PowerShell)
• Experience in creating requirements for orchestration of application infrastructure and be able to translate it to Infrastructure as Code

Nice to have:

• Azure certification like AZ-305 and AZ-500
• Experience and knowledge about Traditional Network Infrastructure like DNS, Routing, Proxy, WAN
• Experience and knowledge of Supporting IT such as TLS, PKI, NAT, IDS/IPS, WAF, TCP/UDP
• Experience with the Agile framework and DevOps way of working
